The day began with the most gorgeous blue skys and light breeze. Then as I headed out of Indiana the winds became CRAZY strong.... like Wizard of Oz strong.... like blow your mind strong.... OK OK - it was just really windy. Then the rains came ... I arrived in Illinois to lonly ight drizzle and by the time I made camp it was the most gorgeous blue skys and light breeze again..... I like driving in the crazy changing weather - windows blowing me like crazy and the smell of the earth in the air !
